
This is a Genuine CPO and CPO Selectee ONLY Event!
ALL Active Duty, Reserve, Honorably discharged and Retired Goats are encouraged to attend!

UPDATE: for safety requirements, closed toed shoes and pants are required on the airfield.
Active/Reserve CPOs: Mess Shirt, NWU pants and NWU Boots.
Retired CPOs: CPO Mess shirt, long pants and close toed shoes.
CPO Selectees: CPO Selectee Shirt, NWU pants, NWU boots.
No COVERS are allowed for the event due to distance from the flight line
Only One CPO Selectee group per Command.​
There is no maximum or minimum sizes of teams but there is a 3 minute time limit on cadence performances.
This is NOT a "Training Evolution" for the CPO Selectees!
This is an opportunity for them to finally do something right and make their Mess proud, and learn to network.

COMPETITION RULES:
GUIDON
- All Guidon entries will be placed on the display near the stage
- Guidons will be considered safe in the arena
- Guidon will represent each command and show CHIEF PRIDE.
MARCHING/CADENCE/SKIT
CPO Selectees will have a space 48'x24' for their marching routine/cadences.
- Time limit of 3 minutes per drill
- Drill will be IAW NAVMC 2691 Drill and Ceremonies Manual
- Three-minute clock starts when Formation Leader calls to "Attention" from the staging area outside the Hangar. They will march their detail into the hangar and in the competition area.
- When dismissed, the detail will exit the hangar where they entered.

PUSH-UPS / PLANKS (PHYSICAL FITNESS)
- One CPO Selectee from each Command
- Planks and push-ups will be conducted in accordance with current PFA Instruction, OPNAVINST 6110.1k
- Selectees will have 2 minutes to complete as many Pushups-ups as possible
- Selectees will hold the plank position until only one Selectee is left.
TUG-O-WAR
- 1 Selectee team per command (Max 5) *Selectees can combine with other Commands to meet 5 members*
- Single elimination, brackets will be decided by CPO Pride Day committee prior to event day by teams registered
- First team to pull flag across cones, wins
- From center, the cone will be 10 feet away
- Winning team will compete against the Genuine Chiefs Team (Any Genuines interested in being on this team, email your details to CPOPRIDEDAYJAX@GMAIL.COM)
BEST VESSEL
- Each Selectee will bring their vessel and place it on designated tables grouped with the rest of their command
- Vessels will be judged based on craftsmanship and originality
- All Vessels are considered SAFE while in the arena and will be kept UNLOCKED

- Must be in good taste and respectful of all Military Branches
- Skit SHALL BE respectful and SHALL NOT be sexual in nature or promote destructive behaviors
- Must adhere to CPO Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles
- Must be approved by your governing CMC prior to the event
